We want you to be completely satisfied with your Needle & Thread purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn garments with original tags attached. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to maintain their delicate embroidery and craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original box with all protective tissue and tags intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
